From observation to action: measuring maturity in ocean practices

Validated metrics turn ocean observation from aspiration into action. The updated Ocean Practices Maturity Model, OPMM2, provides exactly that, clear, co-designed standards for advancing a practice from Documented to Adopted to Sustained. This framework, built with input from researchers spanning physical oceanography to fisheries, offers the measurable, interoperable guidance needed for global data collaboration.
