Network Days w/ timestamps

So I'm trying to measure duration (business days) between dates but have to factor in the timestamps as well.

Date and timestamps are in the same cell in these reports.

Reference of what I'm looking at/for:

1/5/2026 11:31AM - start date

1/7/2026 6:30AM - end date

This would be 2 business days

Now if an occurrence for the first date happens after 3pm on any given date, that should count towards the next business day. So start date for 1/5 at 3pm would count towards 1/6 as a start date.

1/5/2026 3:31PM - start date

1/7/2026 6:30AM - end date

This would be 1 business day

How do I write this formula out?
