How do I make a black sequin romper feel more “festival” and less clubby?

Going to a daytime campus concert w Dominic Fike & Mike Sherm and wanna wear a black sequin romper, but it feels too clubby. The event is in the early evening so it’ll still be daytime out.

I want it more festival/maximalist. Thinking ripped tights, chunky jewelry, and I wanna add layers but IDK what.

How would you style it so it feels more daytime, effortless and less clubby?
