5 Full Days Rome Itinerary (June 7-11)
This is going to seem like a very ambitious itinerary but all the things in bold are the must do's and the other things are just along the walking path between main attractions to consider. Also me and my girlfriend are both early 20s and very fit so step count is not a big deal. If anyone has any thoughts or comments on this please let me know!
Day 1 (June 7th)- Villa Borghese Gardens (Pincio Terrace), Chiesa di Sant'Ignazio di Loyola, Baths of Caracalla, Santo Stefano Rotondo, Sunset in Aqueduct Park
Day 2 (June 8th)- Vatican museums (8am booked slot), St. Peter's Basilica, Chiesa del Sacro Cuore del Suffragio, Tiber Island, Mama Eats Trastevere reservation 6pm
Day 3 (June 9th)- Basilica of San Clemente, Colosseum, roman forum, palatine hill, Trajans market
Day 4 (June 10th)- Capitoline Museums, Largo di Torre Argentina, Pantheon, Santa Maria sopra Minerva, Piazza Navona, castel sant angelo
Day 5 (June 11th)- Basillica of saint John Lateran & Scala Sancta (Holy Stairs), Vicus Caprarius, San Pietro in Vincoli, Basillica of saint mary major, Santa Prassede
