Winter/Fall Dresses/Items that are Business casual
Hi! I recently started a new job and I'm looking for clothes that better suit my work + my style & body.
-"Fast Fashion" recs are fine with me since I'm a college student on a budget, I don't have a specific price range, I'm willing to shell out for good quality multipurpose clothes.
-I'm 5'1 and between 110-120 pounds, I haven't weighed myself in years and dont want to, but its stayed around that range for the past few years
-I have a pear shaped body with a smaller bust and a rounder stomach and thighs, the quiz linked in the sub rules told me I have a Endomorph body type
-I reside in Salem MA, so New England falls and winters are pretty chilly
-I really like pastels, but I also like darker shades of bold colors, like maroon.
-I also would like some opaque but cheap legging recommendations to wear underneath the dresses.
-Some winter boots like uggs style recs would be great too, I used to love wearing them in high school
-I work in visitor services at my place of work, as it's a museum, Back and forth between our museum store & admissions desk. It gets pretty warm inside the buildings, but I walk to and from work 45 minutes each day.
The Dresscode directly from the handbook: Although the dress code at [business site] is professional, there could be variations by work area based on the type of work done. The Manager is responsible for establishing a reasonable dress code appropriate to the job(s) in each department. Because this is a place of business, clothing that is torn, frayed, excessively tight, revealing or sleeveless is inappropriate. Tank tops, bare backs and/or shoulders, undershirts, and ripped jeans are some examples of inappropriate dress.
