Can you split a pay rate in a shift in excel?

I work as a bar staff/ dining room at a resturant, I want to be able to keep track of my hours + pay. I have multiple pay rates for different hours, and I want to know if there is an easy way to use different pay rates in the same calculation or if it needs to be split up?

I have added an attachment of hours and rates to see if possible.
