Device used for editing

What is everyone editing their photos on and are you worrying about color calibration? QI've tried my Dell laptop which was easy to use because it's a laptop but my color calibration is way different than the colors displayed on my iPhone. So now I'm using my iPad so the colors match and assume also matches better to everyone else's phones? Like majority of clients viewing photos and sharing photos are basically using their phone so it's best to edit to the favor of phone colors.. right?

Maybe I'm thinking too hard about it but it's a bit upsetting to get a picture perfect looking on my laptop only to see it super vivid on my phone or think to have clients view their images don't look great because it's different on their phone.
